Annual Member Dues

All members of DC’s Different Drummers are required to pay annual membership dues to perform in DCDD ensembles and vote in yearly membership meetings.

Annual membership dues are currently:

  • $100/year for all new members
  • $175/year for all returning members

Payment of dues enables participation in one (or more!) DCDD ensembles, and any DCDD events throughout that year. DCDD’s calendar runs from August 1st – July 31st of the following year.

Dues are implemented to help cover organization-wide costs such as instruments/equipment, rehearsal/performance space rentals, etc. and are not intended to be a barrier to entry.

If you are unable to pay dues, please contact the vice president to set up a payment plan or access funds from the Good Fairy Scholarship Fund.

Volunteer With Us

You don’t have to perform in an ensemble to join in the fun! Our ensembles depend on the support of our “band aides”, volunteers who carry our banner at parades, pass out water, serve as ushers or take tickets at concerts, move equipment, assist with sound/lighting, and more.

Volunteer opportunities are posted as they become available. Use the volunteer button below to check out where we need help.
