Beth Smith Memorial Commission
In summer of 2023, DC’s Different Drummers tragically lost one of our most passionate and dedicated members, Beth Smith. Joining DCDD in 2004, Beth played the euphonium in the Symphonic Band and the trumpet in the Marching Band. Over the years, she served as the Assistant Band Director of the DCDD Symphonic Band, contributing countless volunteer hours and leaving an indelible mark on our organization.
